Nemati · Privacy Policy Last updated: 31 August 2026
Your privacy is the core pillar upon which Nemati was built. This Privacy Policy explains how personal and health records are handled in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Who Operates the App Nemati is operated by Abdur Rahman Helal, an individual resident in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For privacy-related inquiries, reach us at: abr2helal@gmail.com.
2. Fundamental Principle: Local-First & On-Device Storage In the current release of Nemati, all your personal and health entries (weight readings, weekly injection timestamps, dose titration, symptom severity, and daily effort) reside entirely on your device inside an isolated, encrypted SQLite database sandbox. We do not operate backend servers that harvest these records, and no protected health data leaves your smartphone without your explicit affirmative action (such as exporting your doctor PDF report).
3. Data You Provide - Self-Recorded Clinical Entries: Logged weights, weekly doses, injection rotation sites, symptom notes, and hydration/movement ratings. - Local Device Settings: App language preference (Arabic or English) and localized scheduled reminder preferences.
4. What We Strictly Never Do - We never sell your personal or health data to third parties. - We never share your records with pharmaceutical manufacturers or insurance underwriters. - We do not integrate commercial third-party behavioral ad trackers.
5. Doctor Report Sharing The one-page doctor report generation takes place locally on your processor. When you tap share or export, you alone select the recipient (e.g. sharing directly to your clinician via WhatsApp or native air-print). We never receive a copy.
6. Your Rights Under the Saudi PDPL Under Saudi data protection regulations, you hold sovereign rights: - Right to Know: Transparent information regarding what is recorded and where it lives. - Right to Access & Portability: Export your entire recorded dataset as a backup at any time. - Right to Rectification: Correct, amend, or update any historical entry from the app history screen. - Right to Erasure: Permanently purge your entire account and all health entries with a single button in settings.
7. Policy Amendments We may update this Privacy Policy for future releases (such as optional multi-device cloud synchronization). If any material change occurs, we will provide conspicuous advance notice inside the app and request your explicit consent prior to activating cloud features.
